Following a 7-4 win at Miami, our Falcons (1-0-0) head north on I-75 to host the Ice Breaker tournament as the #17 team in the nation. BG plays RIT in the late game on Friday night at 8:00pm, following the matchup between #12 Ohio State and #14 Western Michigan. This tournament is structured similar to the GLI that we won a few year ago, so with a win we will get the winner and with a loss we will get the loser. Regardless, I hope our boys are fired up for this one - I want that trophy.
RIT’s last game out was a win on the road at Colgate, 3-1. WMU’s last game out was an exhibition win over Northern Alberta Institute of Technology, 6-1. OSU’s last game out was an exhibition win over Western, 5-2.

If you can make it to the game, great! I highly suggest that we fill that arena with as much orange and brown as possible. We are the hosts, after all. If you cannot make it, the game appears to be available to stream on FloHockey. You can also listen to Ryan Vallon on the radio call, or follow @ BGFalconHockey on Twitter for updates throughout the game. Go Falcons!
